Host Home Providers and Family Caregivers
MUST BE CARING!
Live in Colorado
Must be 18 years or older
GED or Diploma
Rent or Own the Home you will provide in - Must have bedroom/s available
Background Check for all residents of home over 18 (Background does not exclude you from becoming a Provider)
CAPS Check (Adult Protective Services)
Get CPR certification (First Aid/AED)
Get QMAP certification (medication administration)
Get training (Courses provided)
Have dependable/reliable transportation
Have a Valid Drivers License
Motor vehicle record (past 3 years)
Vehicle inspection
Obtain Liability Insurance (once ready for a placement)
Homeowners Insurance/Renters Insurance
TAX-FREE INCOME $2400 - $10,000/Monthly
