Host Home Providers, Family Caregivers, or Caregiver
MUST BE CARING!
Live in Colorado
Must be 18 years or older
GED or Diploma
Rent or Own the Home you will provide services in - Must have bedroom/s available
Background Check for all residents of home over 18 (Background does not exclude you from becoming a Provider)
CAPS Check (Adult Protective Services)
Get CPR certification (First Aid/AED)
Get QMAP certification (medication administration)
Get training (Course information provided by agency)
Have dependable/reliable transportation
Have a Valid Drivers License
Motor vehicle record (past 3 years)
Vehicle inspection
Obtain Liability Insurance (once ready for a placement)
Homeowners Insurance/Renters Insurance
Must have a home computer and printer for documentation
TAX-FREE INCOME IF SERVICES PROVIDED IN HOME $2400 - $10,000/Monthly or more!
